Day 4

Beautiful morning to wake up to. Time with God, coffee and hearing the birds and ocean ♥️

Catch a glimpse of my new sweater ive been wanting since I was 12 🙈

I took a drive more North way and visited Skinners pond and Tignish for a small time frame.

Grabbed some food in tignish and then headed back to the cottage , worked a bit then went for another drive to see some boats and lighthouse. Walked along the beach a bit and grabbed supper 😊

Decided to throw on a dress and head to the beach to watch the sunset and attempt to take some self portraits haha

Loved being able to watch the sunset and visit the beach every evening ♥️

Day 3

Spent my morning with a coffee , devotional and just sat and played a game for a bit . Mostly just layed around and listened to the birds. I have alot of birds I feed at my house but these ones were just outside the cottage singing their little hearts out.

Weather was almost perfect the whole time I was there so I would wake up every morning and open all the windows so the breeze would come through and it really helped with hearing the birds 😊

I took an afternoon walk down to the beach to see how it was looking as I had a session that evening. Ifs crazy that it was she`ll covered the first evening, seaweed the next and then mostly clear this day.

I worked on what I could with proofs before my session then this fun couple came and rocked it. Even getting into the water a bit for me ❤️

Ended the evening with making some late supper and watching the glimpse of the sun setting.

DAY 2

I woke up to a beautiful day. Sat in the gazebo and had my coffee, devotional and read a bit of a book.

Spent a few minutes at the beach again , then worked on some editing, snacked and went for a drive to grab some cleaning supplies as I knew my evening maternity session might get stained dresses 🙈

Spent the evening with a gorgeous mom to be and chatted about the similar struggles and im so in love with the photos ❤️ I cant wait to share .

Ended my evening watching the sunset at the beach along with just outside the front deck.

PEI reset & refresh trip 2026
Day 1

I was feeling really down and stressed just with everything. If you`ve been following along you know alot of it. Our cat finally got his cast off after 3 months of 24/7 care and I just needed a break. I needed to go alone, spend time with my creator, soak in as much of his beauty and just refresh my focus for myself as well as business.

I drove over the bridge and decided to take some detours I havent before (ive been around pei alot of spaces lol ) , and find some little gems along the way, spots you would just drive by. I actually spent all week doing that 😊

I arrived at my cottage and it was perfect. A stone throw from the ocean , quiet neighbors , the best sunset location. Which is a dream for me.

Shortly after I arrived I checked out the beach and prepared for my first client session. The cutest family joined me for a session. ❤️

I spent the evening out in the gazebo watching the sunset.
